For Sale: I have two exceptional LLBean Cottage Futon Chairs, in ivory white, for sale - (these pics here are of sofa version, from the LLBean catalog).

I will be happy to take a pic of each of my actual chairs... just call me to ask for pictures.

Each chair is wide and opens up like a regular futon does. Each chair makes a child-length bed, with the armrests running

alongside about half of the length of the bed. They look exactly like the sofa version except they are not as wide, and so the young person sleeps in the same direction as when you sit in it.

These have been kept in my home, in a clean, non-smoking house, no dogs, and have only been used as chairs, and barely so. They have never been used as beds, and barely used as chairs. The mattresses are pristine. The frames are in nearly-new shape but they do have a few minor nicks. I can take pics of the blemishes when you inquire about possibly buying them. Each is equivalent to a "chair and a half" -- perfect for cuddling with a little one to read a book in the evening! The futon mattresses have been kept covered and protected, so are very clean.

These were $450 each plus shipping when I bought them new. (The sofa version is $800 plus shipping.)

I am asking $200 each, or $350 for the pair. I will deliver within a 20 mile radius.

Very large and sturdy rocking chair for sale

For Sale: Rocking Chair $350. This is a beautiful, heavy, solid; made in Yugoslavia. Comes from a
non-smoking home, one owner--me. Many people have complimented me on this rocking chair so I
know it's not just my opinion that it is an exceptionally nice one. The seat is very thick; the rocker is
very solid and heavy, with a wide seat and wide armrests. This fits a big person--or two
children--very well! Imagine yourself sitting in it, reading with one of your granchildren in your lap.
    The joints are all extremely solid and firm. There are a few minor scuffs or scratches on the front of
each leg (they are on the pointed rocker part, where you would expect them to be), and a few very
slight ones on the front edge of the seat and the armrest -- the photo exaggerates the marks quite a bit,
and some of the marks in the photo are actually the rays of the wood. The seat is a thick piece of
wood. I've always kept a sheepskin on the seat as well as all the way up the back, so it looks nearly
new. It's in really good condition!
